With the personal experience of living and working in 4 European countries I specialize in intercultural team-building and academic mobility. As a trainer, I carefully balance my two roles: On the one hand, I ensure that you can learn from my expertise and experience and on the other, I engage everyone in actively contributing to the learning experience. My approach is to mindfully weave your expert knowledge, experience and questions into the workshop while keeping it focused and entertaining.
