Katarzyna krukar

Katarzyna (Katie) Krukar is a trainer with MA in social psychology and British PTLLS qualification in adult education. Experienced in supporting international students and academic staff.

 

With the personal experience of living and working in 4 European countries I specialize in intercultural team-building and academic mobility. I am passionate about helping individuals feel more confident in new working environments, and helping groups work more efficiently by embracing their own diversity. In my trainings, I use active and visual methods in order to engage all participants in a shared process of seeking practical solutions to together defined challenges.

Torsten Rother

Torsten Rother is a Linguist (M.A.) and has a degree in speech communication (DGSS). He has been working since 2005 as a communication and voice coach.

 

The focus of my trainings is to develop personalised solutions which are entirely suited to my client’s needs. My conviction is that individual work provides the basis for sustainable change. I look closely at the details of the communication and use precise and solution-oriented feedback to support the change process.

Jan Schmidt

Jan Schmidt holds a PhD in Humanities, is the leading founder of the WWU Graduate Center at the University of Münster and offers a variety of trainings across Germany.

 

As a trainer, I carefully balance my two roles: On the one hand, I ensure that you can learn from my expertise and experience and on the other, I engage everyone in actively contributing to the learning experience. My approach is to mindfully weave your expert knowledge, experience and questions into the workshop while keeping it focused and entertaining.
